Black Cultural Archives (BCA) gives you another opportunity to see the incredible film HERO inspired by the extraordinary life and times of Trinidadian war veteran Ulric Cross.

BCA is a proud partner of this screening and will receive 25% of every ticket sold.

About The Film:
Directed by Frances-Anne Solomon and shot in Trinidad, Ghana, the UK and Canada, HERO is the story of Ulric Cross, who left his small island home in 1941 to seek his fortune, and became the RAF’s most decorated West Indian. His life took a different course when he followed the call of history and joined the Pan-African movement sweeping the world in the 50’s and 60’s.

After the screening, there will be a panel discussion with the director France-Anne Solomon, lead actor Nickolai Salcedo, Ulric Cross' son Richard Finch and BCA Managing Director Arike Oke. This will be broadcast on Colourful Radio.
