Those who work in the Arts and Heritage sector from Black and Minority ethnic communities, from entry level through to senior management level.

Who delivers the programme ?

Olmec is an award winning race quality organisation. Their recent partners include Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, and Unify the BAME networks of the G15 housing association group. Over 10 years of running this programme, 75% of Black on Board participants have landed governance positions.
