Learning & Engagement Researcher (and Advisor)

The Learning & Engagement Researcher (and Advisor) will work closely with BCA’s Learning & Engagement team to support the development and strengthening of a learning and engagement strategy that promotes financial resilience and audience augmentation. To this end, the Learning and Engagement Researcher will research opportunities for online engagement, including subscription models, and undertake market research so BCA can position itself competitively alongside other learning providers in the heritage sector. The Researcher will draft a suite of reports that can inform the strategic direction of the department, and reflect Black Cultural Archives’ distinctive, community-rooted approach to archival learning practice. These reports will feed directly into a 5-year learning engagement strategy which will underpin our current ways of working and ensure that future decision-making and practice remains aligned with our values, mission, and long-term vision.
