The Black British History workshop in collaboration with Poetic Unity will take place quarterly at Black Cultural Archives with each programme consisting of 4 sessions over 4 weeks.
Young people aged 16-30 years old will learn about Black British History from the wealth of archives at BCA, along with learning new writing skills to put what they have learnt into poetry. The programme runs every Tuesday for 4 weeks, from 6.30pm-8.30pm.

On the 2nd Thursday each month, young people aged 16-30 years old will be able to attend The CommUnion, a safe space to discuss thoughts and feelings at Black Cultural Archives.
Led by Poetic Unity, The Communion is a friendly environment for the community to discuss mental health and any issues they are going through, without judgement. This programme is for the community by the community.
