STANDING FIRM IN POWER AND PRIDE

This Black History Month, we celebrate colleagues whose journeys embody the theme Standing Firm in Power and Pride. Across different roles, backgrounds, and experiences, Carol, Rachel, Moses, Thelma, and Josephina have each carved their path with courage, resilience, and authenticity never shying away from who they are, and always lifting others as they rise.

Together, their stories reveal what it means to stand tall in identity, to honour heritage, and to create space for others. Their power is not only in personal achievement but in the impact they leave behind, in the colleagues they uplift, the doors they open, and the legacy they are building for the future.

Standing firm in power and pride is not one story, it is many. And this month, we honour them all.
