1:00 - 2:00 PM: Plant-based lunch catered by Garden of Afruika
2:30 - 3:30 PM: Guided meditation and mental healing session
3:00 - 4:00 PM: Panel discussion on Sickle Cell Disease and the importance of donating blood
4:00 - 5:00 PM: Workshop on herbal remedies with Earth Tenders
