In partnership with Black Britain and Beyond, and organised by BCAs Chair, this exhibition celebrates 40 Black British leaders who are making an impact in society.

Chair of Black Cultural Archives (BCA), Dr Yvonne Thompson CBE|DL has teamed up with Black Britain and Beyond to shine a light on Black leaders, who are positively impacting the future of British society.
Through research carried out by University College London (UCL), a selection of Black British individuals, up to their forties, have been poised as the next generation of leaders of African and Caribbean descent across various industry sectors, exemplifying the mission and values of the 40 years to which the BCA has stayed steadfast.
*The future leaders will be invited to an inaugural 40 X 40 Black Cultural Archive Chair’s Award ceremony, hosted by Black Britain and Beyond.
