The Project

Jacquline Alicindor

Jacquline is a highly experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) specialist, currently serving as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Programme Partner at Legal & General Investment Managers (LGIM). In this role, she drives global DEI strategies, aligning them with LGIM’s business priorities and engaging key stakeholders across the organisation.

Her leadership extends beyond LGIM, as she serves on the Welsh Government Race Equality Action Taskforce and the Diversity Project Steering Committee. Jacquline has previously spearheaded DEI initiatives at Lloyds Banking Group and developed partnerships for racial equity at Urban Synergy, collaborating with major firms like PwC, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey.

Before her DEI career, Jacquline held senior management roles in banking with Santander, Barclays, and others. She holds an MBA from Westminster University, bringing a strategic mindset to all her DEI work, particularly in fostering inclusive cultures and advancing racial equality in the workplace.
